2025 Adirondack Fitness Challenge Online Qualifier Updates!

The Adirondack Fitness Challenge Online Qualifier is almost here, and this year, we’re raising the stakes! With an extended submission deadline and a doubled prize purse of $5,000 for the in-person event, 2025 is shaping up to be our biggest year yet. Here’s everything you need to know to prepare, compete, and give it your all.

Online Qualifier Extended

We’ve extended the submission window to February 10, 2025, giving you 19 total days to complete 3 workouts (with 4 scored sections, since Workout 3 includes two parts).

This change ensures athletes have plenty of time to showcase their fitness, even with overlapping commitments like Wodapalooza. Use the extra time to strategize, recover, and crush your workouts at your absolute best.

$5,000 Prize Purse for the In-Person Event

We’re thrilled to announce that the 2025 Adirondack Fitness Challenge prize purse has doubled to $5,000 for the in-person event!

The Online Qualifier is your pathway to earning a spot on the competition floor in Lake Placid, where top athletes will compete for their share of the prize pool. Whether you're chasing a podium finish or simply aiming to make it to the in-person event, this year’s stakes are higher than ever. Let this inspire you to push harder, train smarter, and leave it all on the floor!

The Essential Equipment List

To tackle the Online Qualifier, here's what you'll need:

Barbell: 35#/45#

Plyo Boxes: 20in/24in

Pull-Up Bar: With ample space for gymnastics movements

Concept 2 Rowing Machine

Jump Rope

Bumper Plates: standard diameter plates (18in diameter) 

Tape & Measuring Tape: To mark lines and measure distances

Recording Device: To capture your workout performance

Leaderboard Announcement

In the spirit of fair competition, the leaderboard will remain hidden until the submission deadline closes. Every second, every rep, and every pound lifted will count—without the added pressure of knowing where you rank mid-qualifier.
