Division Standards

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON DIVISION STANDARDS

At the Adirondack Fitness Challenge, we believe in pushing athletes to reach their full potential. While we provide clear standards for each division, be prepared for the unexpected. We are known for strategically incorporating heavier weights and more advanced gymnastics into our workouts, designed to test the most advanced athletes in each division. Don’t be discouraged if some elements are beyond your current capabilities—this doesn’t mean you won’t qualify. Instead, view these challenges as an opportunity to push your limits and grow as an athlete. Embrace the challenge and rise to the occasion!
